The outcomes for 2016 showed that the Concern had achieved a significant growth through all the key performance indicators – the military exports had grown by 41% compared with 2015; the EBITDA growth in 2016 was 26%, while the net profit went 36.6% up.

The activity of KRET JSC follows the approved strategic objectives. In 2016, the Concern went on developing in pursuit of its goals – the labor productivity was going on with all the obligations concerning the supplies of products being fulfilled. Our expertise in the respective markets enables us to make investment decisions with minimal risks, which, in turn, allows keeping the focus on developing the key technologies. The Concern’s leadership is due to the advanced developments offered by prominent Russian scientists. This accumulation of knowledge combined with an updated business model transforms into innovations that are employed for our customers’ benefit.

Avionics: Airborne Electronic Systems and Complexes
Avionics is a whole spectrum of electronic systems performing a variety of tasks in aviation. Avionics includes communications and navigation systems, as well as systems for displaying and controlling different regimes and devices. Avionics stands for aviation electronics.

  • The system is designed to ensure electronic suppression of the existing and prospective electronic air- and space-borne systems.
  • Includes six functionally prototypes of controls, electronic reconnaissance, and radio interference: reconnaissance module, control module, control module for interference stations and three types of interference stations.
IFF: Identification Friend or Foe Systems
Identification Friend or Foe (IFF) is an identification system designed to obtain positive information on the nationality of a detected aerial, marine, or ground-based target based on the friend-or-foe principle. The radar identification system is a hard & software technical facility that automatically discriminates between friend and foe troops and weapons.

  • Used in military aircraft industry
  • Designed to identify the nationality of aerial and marine targets on the friend-or-foe principle
  • Installed on Su-27, Su-30, MiG-29SMT, and other fighters and attack aircraft
  • The specific performance features depend on the assignment, type of object and the airborne radar facilities and systems matched to it
  • Action range for airborne targets is 200 kilometers, it takes 623-3DR Airborne Interrogator Radar fifteen seconds to go from standby to full combat readiness
MI: Measuring Instruments
Measuring instruments (MI) are used to identify physical dimensions of an object within a specified range. MI include, among others, oscillographs, power meters, spectral analyzers, frequency references, etc.

Garmon Small-Size Radar

  • Used as a source of data supply for radar support of flights in the field and temporary airfields to ensure air defense.
  • Provides detection, positioning, and tracking of aircraft, cruise missiles, unmanned aerial vehicles, identification friend of foe, automatic reporting of surveillance data to automation system facilities.
  • Supplied in two versions: portable or mounted on wheels (1L122-1E) and mounted on movable wheels (1L122-2E).
  • The design of the station ensures automatic topography and orientation in relation to the north through satellite systems GLONASS and GPS, as well as automatic operation with minimum maintenance.
